Jay Norwood has over 25 years experience in engineering, project and business management, and
environmental affairs. Areas of expertise include mineral slurry pipelines, tailings distribution

Paul Macy has over 37 years experience in engineering, construction, estimating, and planning in the
cross-country pipeline and fiber optic construction industries. He has held positions such as project
engineer, engineering coordinator, engineering specialist, business development coordinator, cost
engineering supervisor, manager of estimating, consultant, and president. Most recently Macy was involved
in several fiber optic construction projects and in field reconnaissance, logistics planning, and estimating
for slurry pipeline projects in the United States, Madagascar, Perú, Chile, Brazil, Suriname, Argentina,

Mr. Aude’s professional career is entirely in the pipeline and process engineering field.
His experience ranges from initial hands-on execution to engineering management. His more
than 35 years’ experience includes significant involvement with the majority of the
important slurry pipelines now in operation. Mr. Aude’s direct participation, since 1964,
in formation of specialized pipeline technology has required pioneering concepts, methods
and procedures for testing, design, and operation of pipeline systems. His experience from
design of more than a dozen pipelines, together with ongoing technical development
responsibility, has resulted in a fundamental understanding of that technology.
