Responsibilities:

• Implement pipeline projects from conceptual design through detailed engineering as assigned by Project Manager
• Coordinate multi-discipline engineering projects for international and domestic clients
• Manage internal employee resources and subcontracted services
• Monitor project costs and progress – develop routine internal and client reports
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure proper internal quality checks are performed on the project
• Assure that all applicable company policies and procedures are implemented on the project

Requirements:

• BS in Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of increasing responsibility providing engineering services
• Project experience overseeing internal and external resources
• PE license preferred but not required
• Experience on international projects preferred
• General understanding of engineering projects from concept through construction

Pipeline Estimator experienced in estimating progress rates and crews of labor and equipment for the operations used to construct pipelines in various types of terrain, soil, geographical locations, etc. Estimates range from pre-feasibility to detailed levels. International travel will be required. If assigned to the Brazil or Chile office, English, Portuguese and/or Spanish will be required. Salary will be commensurate with location and level of relevant experience.

Station Estimator experienced in estimating industrial process facilities in various countries. PSI designs pipeline systems that include pump stations, valve stations, and terminals. The estimating techniques required are similar to those commonly used for small process facilities. Estimates range from pre-feasibility to detailed levels. International travel will be required. If assigned to the Brazil or Chile office, English, Portuguese and/or Spanish will be required. Salary will be commensurate with location and level of relevant experience.

Able to lead piping design and layouts for pump stations, and other mining / petroleum facilities. Strong knowledge of pumps, valves, tanks in mining applications. Experienced in managing discipline review, revision of documents and managing an engineering staff. Strong commitment to quality. Bilinguial: Spanish – English a bonus, though, not necessary.
